Based in Hexham for families who have children aged up to 25 who have SEND and welcome friends too, being fully inclusive.
They provide weekly term time social groups, quiet sessions, home education groups, forest schools, school holiday activities, trips, weekends away and events for the young people, and support groups, meet-ups (curry nights etc), retreat days and help with DLA, Carer's Allowance, Social Care, EHCP's.
